Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst.

Note:
• Position will be on-site with some telework
• Interviews will be in-person
• Local candidates strongly perferred

Required / Desired Skills

• Independent worker who can own and complete stand-alone sub-projects with little direct supervision, to a high quality standard. (Required 5 Years)
  
• Strong experience/expertise in Lean Management and Business Process Management - as a minimum a Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belt certification (Required 5 Years)
  
• Strong skills in data analysis and data presentation techniques (Required 5 Years)
  
• Analyzing functional/non-functional system requirements. (Required 5 Years)
  
• Strong problem investigation skillset (Required 5 Years)
  
• Worked on Requirements for Web based systems (Required 5 Years)
  
• Excellent meeting facilitation skills and techniques’ including experience in developing and delivering training curriculums (Required 5 Years)
  
• Strong team working skills - ability to successfully interact in a small team environment (Required 5 Years)
  
• Willingness and experience doing high quality, detailed, independent, (Required 5 Years)
  
• Extensive experience in a consulting BA role (Required 5 Years)
  
• Agile experience (since project works in sprints and talks EPICs, Features, and Stories); JIRA experience (Desired 5 Years)
