A Sr. Business SME is sought to guide in both achieving the required business outcomes, and to improve the process to be more responsive and less prescriptive. For all points below, the candidate will be able to demonstrate through past and/or current work and/or references how the needs have been met in prior efforts.

• Develop Organizational Change Management Plan
• Manage Project Communications
• Coordinate the development of process related documentation such as desk level procedures and process manuals
• Review and approve system related training materials
• Participate in end user training
• Work with relevant parties to create data governance for internal and cross department policies and procedures to ensure data quality and sustainability of the longitudinal data system
• Facilitate the implementation and migration of the data warehouse and generate product.
• Facilitate expansion and automation of cross departmental data exchanges
• Facilitate validations on data transfers and automated documentation of the logic and data errors noted with a feedback process to address the data integrity at the source.
• Facilitate product development of identified solutions using iterative work sprints and continuous stakeholder feedback. Emphasizing and focusing on delivery of solutions that meet stakeholder requests over building non-user facing capabilities.
• Introduce strategies to work with divergent stakeholder requests, particularly when there is insufficient ability to meet all of them.
• Work with the selected vendor to develop statements of work and keep to project work on schedule and within grant timelines and budget. Highlight and raise emergent risks to department and vendor stakeholders.
• Empirical and adaptive forecasting; managing delivery risks in high uncertainty. Proven approaches, metrics, and management of work item deliveries.
• Facilitate working relationships with the vendor, the department to ensure work is done as and when expected and that delays are mitigated, documented, and discussed timely.
• Keep notes and documentation to ensure grant reporting requirements are met.
• Facilitate meetings and tasks; assist with other tasks identified as a need via the product development process to ensure goals/objectives are met.
• This position will be housed primarily at main office with some other location work anticipated.
• Advanced degree and/or advanced certification in relevant field required. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and challenging organizational dynamics.
