Description:

The Technical Specialist will perform training, onboarding, reporting, and support the eSignature initiative. The Technical Specialist will work to increase the sensible use of electronic signatures based on policies. The Technical Specialist will continue research on best practices, facilitate meetings, coordinate collaborative efforts, author reports, perform research and outreach, and track progress.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help agencies determine the applicability of approved eSignature technologies including:
- Google Forms
- Google Drive Approvals
- DocuSign
- DocuSign PowerForms
- Other eSignature technologies
• Perform training with OIT customers on DocuSign and GSuite with assistance from DocuSign and other OIT staff.
• Creating Google Forms, Surveys, and approval flows;
• Creating DocuSign Forms, PowerForms, and other products;
• Support customers with issues related to DocuSign and Gsuite Forms;
• Monitor and report on progress based on KPI;
• Monitor and report on project successes post deployment;
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including monthly reporting and customer status;
• Collaborate directly with finance on monthly usage and projections;
• Serve as point of contact for stakeholders and project team members; and
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree. Prior experience as a DocuSign implementer may be substituted for a degree.
• One to three years of experience in project tracking, coordination, and reporting;
• Demonstrable organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proven and provable ability to create Google Forms, configure routing, customize the look and feel, etc.
• At least one year of experience working with DocuSign and creating PowerForms;
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and exemplary relationship skills;
• Solid and transferable understanding of G-Suite office software;
• Great organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
• Comfortable running meetings;
• Assertive go-getter
• Experience with web-based and mobile-based services
• Government, commercial, or academic research
• Project coordinator experience
• Jira or Trello (Kanban)
