Description:

The position/resource requested will serve as a Call Center Agent responsible for addressing citizen/client questions related to technical issues accessing and navigating the system.

• The right candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment providing technical support via the phone, email and remote connection to the user's device. This position requires patience and excellent verbal communications skills in an environment where the user's priority is serving the clients.
• The best candidate will come with experience in providing support over the phone for Microsoft products such as O365, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Word, etc. Teams would be a plus. Cyber security awareness is mandatory. A candidate with experience in a virtual environment is necessary and VMWare Horizon is a plus.
