Description:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst who will provide leadership to a team responsible for supporting workstations running Windows 7, land phones, cell phones, desktop and network printers in a 24x7 operating environment. The candidate is responsible for ensuring that departmental standard operating procedures are followed by all team members. The Candidate is also responsible for proactively monitoring helpdesk call volumes and ensuring that adequate resources are available to provide helpdesk phone coverage. The Candidate will report to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager, and must coordinate activities with other business units within the division to meet the department’s overall objectives. Strong Desktop support troubleshooting skills, strong in 2010 OS support.

• Must be a self-starter & be able to use own judgment/initiative to undertake activities with minimal supervision.
• The Candidate must also have excellent oral & written communications skills as well as the ability to work alone or within a team environment.
• A+ Certification or hands-on equivalent experience in computer repair or any combination of education and experience that would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability to perform the job functions.
• The successful candidate must be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve team & organizational goals

• Provide constructive input to achieve team goals
• Deliver a customer-focused, responsive service to customers

Required / Desired Skills

  • Overall IT experience (Required 5 Years)
  • Experience Performing hardware installation and configuration of printers, scanners, web cameras, projectors, etc. (Required 3 Years)
  • In-depth knowledge of or experience with repairing HP printers (Required 3 Years)
  • Experience Performing software installation/configuration, to include but not limited to windows operating system and Microsoft Office products. (Required 3 Years)
  • A+ Certification (Highly Desired 1 Years)
