We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support, optimize, and modernize a complex, large-scale enterprise Salesforce environment. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end technical design, custom application development, secure API integration, and platform governance within a high-security, compliance-driven ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform architecture, paired with a solid background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure data exchange.

Key Responsibilities
• Solution Architecture & Development: Design and build high-performance, maintainable solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and SOQL/SOSL following software engineering best practices.
• API & System Integration: Architect and maintain robust API integrations, middleware connections, and secure enterprise data pipelines connecting Salesforce with external enterprise platforms.
• Security & Platform Governance: Implement and enforce security hardening, encryption protocols, role-based identity governance, and audit trails to align with strict compliance mandates and SLAs.
• DevOps & Release Management: Drive automated testing, code reviews, environment branching/promotion, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Technical Leadership & Documentation: Author architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and system flow diagrams; provide technical guidance, code review oversight, and mentorship to team members.
• Platform Optimization: Evaluate Salesforce licensing models, manage platform limits, and implement tuning strategies to maximize efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications
• 11+ years of total professional experience in enterprise-scale software application development.
• 7+ years of dedicated, hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of advanced expertise developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• 5+ years of senior-level experience supporting enterprise Salesforce instances governed by strict service-level agreements (SLAs) and stringent security requirements.
• 5+ years of proven background in API architecture, middleware integrations, and enterprise data exchange patterns.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience with CI/CD automation, environment promotion strategies, and version control workflows.
• 3+ years creating formal technical architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and design documentation.
• 3+ years working with Salesforce platform security hardening, identity management, and platform optimization strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to mentor technical personnel.

Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II (PDII), Integration Architect, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Identity and Access Management Architect.
• Experience with public sector systems, government data modernizations, or heavily regulated industry frameworks.
• Working knowledge of cloud observability platforms, error monitoring tools, and secure cloud integration patterns.
• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, performance benchmarking, and resilience engineering.
