***Primarily Remote – onsite 1 day/week

We are seeking a temporary IT professional. This resource will support the design and implementation of digital purchase request forms and electronic approval signature workflow. The system would also function as a searchable repository for approved purchase requests.

Responsibilities
• Gather business requirements for form automation
• Configure digital workflows using the supported platforms
• Enable attachment collection and electronic signature routing
• Automate delivery of completed forms and attachments to a searchable procurement repository.
• Conduct testing and provide documentation/knowledge transfer to staff
• Experience with workflow automation tools (4+Years)
• Strong understanding of digital forms and e-signature workflows (4+Years)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration (4+Years)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet short-term deadlines
• Work Hours: Standard business hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

Required / Desired Skills
