Description:

**Onsite

The Contract Beautician/Barber shall provide beautician services to the patients at the hospital including, but not limited to, haircuts, permanents, S-Curl, relaxers, color, sets and beard trimming.

• Hours and times: 18.75 hours per week one day a week
• Must present current license and be CPR certified (if not certified the hospital can certify them free of charge)
• Use own instruments and products
• Attending an orientation to the hospital

Orientation, to include trainings such as Bridge Building and CPR, will be provided at the start of employment, as needed, and annually. These trainings are at no cost to the contracted barber/beautician.

Required / Desired Skills

• Indiana Barber's or beautician license. (Required 1 Years)
