We are seeking a Network Engineer who is responsible for leading and coordinating activities to procure and install LiveScans, to advise staff as they define their LiveScan equipment and network requirements, to assist staff to upgrade existing equipment, to create network connectivity between cloud-based LiveScan servers and LiveScans, to coordinate network connectivity and the configuration of systems to integrate these systems with cloud-based LiveScan servers, to coordinate activities with IT suppliers and technical personnel.

Duties, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Advanced computer skills are required, particularly related to personal computers, PC peripherals and network technical support.
• In addition, strong candidates will have expertise related to advanced network administration concepts (DHCP, DNS, routers, firewall, etc.).
• Experience in troubleshooting computer software/hardware problems.
• Advanced customer relations skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to control and manage several projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS outlook
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned
