Description:

We are seeking a Custodial Worker who is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a building and the surrounding areas. Their duties include vacuuming floors, sanitizing restrooms, and collecting trash to ensure the building’s occupants have a clean space.

Custodial main responsibility:
• Cleaning wood, Tile, Concrete, and Carpet
• Shampooing rugs and carpets
• Emptying trash
• Cleaning vents
• Dusting all surfaces
• Waxing and stripping floors
• Cleaning restrooms
• Washing windows and doors
• Sweeping sidewalks
• Maintaining a thorough inventory
• Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners

Required / Desired Skills

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (Required 1 Years)
