Description:

We are seeking a Mobile Crisis Specialist who will work closely with staff to ensure timely completion of project objectives. The Mobile Crisis Specialist will work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple aspects of the project simultaneously, and help shape the direction and management of the project and future of mobile crisis intervention services in PA.

Examples of Job Duties
• Attend and document/record meetings with staff, and other stakeholders to discuss grant activities and project progress. Incumbent will assist with coordination and facilitation of the meeting and track follow up items for each meeting.
• Assess project objectives and progress to provide input into program changes and improvements.
• Work with the Project Director to establish project benchmarks and standards by which to measure progress toward and fulfillment of benchmarks.
• Conduct desk reviews and on-site visits as needed to evaluate county mobile crisis programs, collaborate with county stakeholders, and other duties necessary to fulfil the grant objectives.
• Respond to information requests from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
• Complete any reporting required by the awarding department or internal stakeholders.
• Act as point of contact and liaison between staff, and other stakeholders.
• Complete grant activities as assigned.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of policy analysis and the state and federal regulatory environment, particularly in the areas of human services and mental health.
• Quantitative skills, including the methods and tools for data collection and analysis.
• Understanding of best practices for project management, knowledge management, and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
